Rod is a Director, Film Producer, and Musician for the musical group E-MEN. Since the 1980’s he has been linked to the Chilean Musical and Artistic Scene. He being an important person in the creation of Creative Industries. Both in the field of massive concerts, the music scene and the Film Industry.

As a producer, 3 of the works co-produced by him have been on the short list for the Academy Awards.
Together with Soledad Cáceres he directs Cintámani Films. Additionally, along with her, they are activists for Peace through the Roerich Chile Foundation.
